We collect information that you provide directly to us:

• Account Information: Email address and password when you create an account
• Team Data: Team names, player names, positions, and shirt numbers that you enter
• Match Data: Match statistics, scores, and performance data you record
• Profile Photos: Team logos and player photos you choose to upload

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our services
• Process your subscription payments
• Send you technical notices and support messages
• Respond to your comments, questions, and requests

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely on our servers. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Microphone Access

Squad Pulse requests access to your device's microphone. This permission is reserved for a planned voice control feature that will allow coaches to record match events hands-free. Voice control is not currently active in the app.

When the feature is introduced, all voice processing will take place entirely on your device. No audio data will ever be recorded, transmitted to our servers, or shared with any third party.

Third-Party Services

Our app uses the following third-party services:

• RevenueCat: For managing subscriptions and in-app purchases
• Google AdMob: For displaying advertisements (free tier users only)
• Google Sign-In: For optional authentication

These services may collect information in accordance with their own privacy policies.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties. Team data may be shared with other users you explicitly invite to your team.

Children's Privacy

Our app may be used by coaches to manage youth sports teams. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Player information is entered by coaches or parents, not by children themselves.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Export your data

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.
